The birth of LAM Communications can be traced back to the early 80's when Lee (M0LAM) was a young teenager buying and selling CB radio equipment.

Over many years Lee gained many customers who still remain loyal to Lee and now LAM Communications Ltd.

Our focus in 2001 was amied at the many radio rallies that Lee and Claire attended selling new and used HAM radio equipment.

Fuelled by high demand from radio enthusiast Lee and Claire reccognised the need for a radio emporium in the North of England.

Lee and Claire and their family opened there first shop in Hoyland Common and spent 4 Years growing and developing the company in 2008 LAMCO out grew their old shop and they aquired their all new and improved HAM Shack.
